Refund policy
At Barbara Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer easy returns to make the process as smooth as possible.
General Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition:
- Unused and undamaged.
- In its original packaging, with the protective bag and product label attached.
- Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please follow the following steps:
- Email us at info@barbaramilano.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is accepted, you will receive an email containing a prepaid return label.
- Free Returns in Italy: If you are returning an item within Italy, the return process is free of charge. Simply send your order number to info@barbaramilano.com, and we will send you a free return slip by e-mail.
- Return from Other European Countries: If you are returning the item from a country outside of Italy, but within Europe, we wil provide you with a prepaid return label. The cost for this return label is €15, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate the return, please email your order number to info@barbaramilano.com, and we will send you a return slip by e-mail.

Return from rest of the world: If you are returning the item from outside Europe, we wil provide you with a prepaid return label. The cost for this return label is €30, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate the return, please email your order number to info@barbaramilano.com, and we will send you a return slip by e-mail.
- Drop off the package at your nearest local shipping office, using the provided return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 72 business hours from the date of receipt of your return for us to process the refund.
- If you are returning an item from outside Italy, the return shipping cost of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item following the process above and place a new order for the desired size or color.
