RETURNS

General Considerations:

Items need to be in their original packaging, with the protective bag and product label attached. They must not be used or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping. 

Return Policy Details:

• Return Period: You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt to return the item.

• Free Returns in Italy: If you are returning the item within Italy, the return process is free. Please send the order number to info@barbaramilano.com. A free return slip will be sent to you by e-mail.

• Return from Other European Countries: If you are returning the item from a country outside of Italy, within Europe, we wil provide a pre-paid return label. This label is charged €15 and will be deducted from your refund. Please send the order number to info@barbaramilano.com. A return slip will be send to you by e-mail.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
